Appraisal For Verify

Process:

                Employee à Performance Appraisalà Appraisal Indexà Pending for Verification

Entry Process:

                After Evaluation complete, it needs to verify. To verify please click on Verify button.

Appraisal for Approval

Process:

                Employee à Performance Appraisalà Appraisal Indexà Pending for Approval

Entry Process:

                After Evaluation complete, it needs to approve. To Approve please click on approve button. A pop up window will appear. Here you can see preferred action & its impact on pay scale show automatically. You can change either of this. To make necessary changes you need to click on save button to approve.

Performance Evaluation

Process:

                Employee à Performance Appraisal à Pending for Evaluation

Entry Process:

                Here you can see the status of evaluation as well as its impact on Employee salary. To evaluate this appraisal select appraisal then click on evaluates.
