Entry Process:

Here you will setup Performance Rating system according to Performance Evaluation. You can create different slab of point according to Percentage of marks. Now you need to choose your Preferred Action & enter percentage of Increment/Decrements.

Process:

                Settings à Performance Appraisal à Performance Rating List

Entry Process:

Here you can see the entire performance rating list. You may change the rating from here. To do this click on performance rating list on right side you can see detail. Here you can see edit button. Click on edit button, make necessary changes & click on save button.
